As a Software Quality Assurance Tester at Waer Systems Limited, I ensure the development and delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our clients. I apply my attention to detail, defining requirements, and Linux skills to perform various testing activities, such as functional, integration, regression, and performance testing, using automated and manual tools and techniques.I have 5 years of experience in providing technical support and user training in the IT sector, working with different software products and platforms. At Mukushi Seeds, I was responsible for supporting and following up the technical issues of the Seeds Inventory Management Software (SIMS) products with both users and customers. I also conducted user training to the company employees on how to use the SIMS. Additionally, I have obtained two AWS certifications that demonstrate my cloud computing knowledge and skills. I am motivated by learning new technologies and solving complex problems in a collaborative and creative environment.
