• Lead design and development of innovative new project in areas of renewable energy development, green finance, responsible investment, ecosystem conservation and community development.• Manage and engage range of stakeholders and external partners in China and globally, including government agencies, research institutions, multilateral development banks and Chinese policy banks, companies, NGOs, foundations, etc.• Manage and implement a range of projects to deliver clearly defined organizational objectives and objectives for project sponsors, with a focus on providing policy and investment recommendations to governments, financial institutions and companies in China and other developing countries.• Provide analytical support for strategic direction and oversee implementation of projects that involve cross-program teams.• Supervise preparations of regular project reports in accordance with donor reporting guidelines.

Led EU-funded community development and community capacity building programs on public health and livelihoods improvement in rural villages, including:• Held participatory workshops to assess each village’s health needs, resources and constrains, and organize Village Health and Development Committees (VHDCs) in pilot villages with one-third of their numbers are women.• Trained VHDCs on community health education as well as monitoring and evaluation skills by using participatory approaches; and facilitated them to develop their own village health and development plans;• Worked together with local authorities to monitor VHDCs on a quarterly basis and provided on-going support and guidance to VHDCs;• Designed livelihoods improvement programs in pilot villages to generate local income;• Designed project baseline survey methodologies and conducted data processing and analysis.
