Responsible for product definition, product management and also project management in the mobile payment industry.The products under management include bar code and 2-D code scanning devices and also the emerging smart hardware payment devices using cutting-edge technology like structure light face recognition, AI voice recognition, etc.

As a Operational Product Owner on hardware design, I am the hardware system architect for product developing. In detail, I am responsible for:- Work with SPM (strategic product manager) to define proper requirements for new products in the road map.- Design the hardware architecture of new product together with system engineering colleagues.- Lead and Drive the implementation and review of all hardware design- As main technical coordinator inside the developing organization, manage to move the project forward efficiently- Main gate keeper of design quality- Lead and Drive the resolving of problems- Main design contact for supply chain managementMost recent achievement:- Lead the design team to deliver the first Ericsson R6000 Router for transport like Mobile back haul on time with good quality through early product definition to mass production.
