• Monitoring the Product Engineering conformity deliverables in projects development.• Actions implementation in order to ensure the application of quality standards.• Promote the capitalization loop of issues found in dealer network to ensure the non-recurrence in projects (short and long loop).• Facilitate the innovation management process (Design Reviews).• Carry out documental audits according the annual audit program.• Guarantee the evolution of quality standards.• Ensure the quality and robustness of Quality Engineering Engagement at project milestones.• Define, build and deploy Quality target roadmaps (Master KPI)• Monitor and ensure the project convergence towards the pre-defined Quality targets (implementation of convergence actions).• Support the product engineering team in their skills development on the use of quality tools (coaching).• Participate/Contribute to the development of agile and the digitalization of Quality Assurance activities.

Implementation of the Energy Efficiency Program and Energy Management System ISO 50.001 in the industrial complex.Coordination of meetings with technical teams in order to prospect energy efficiency initiatives and projects for reduction of losses.Follow-up of initiatives and processes improvement and projects in the energy and utilities areas, presentation and analysis of results.Integration with energy efficiency teams in Argentina and Mexico.

Assist Quality manager in establishing, implementing and maintaining the quality management system.Responsible for continual improvement activities to enhance the quality system, such as 5S, Kaizen lean methods, etc.Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action for process related concerns.Conduct audits, including closing out audit findings, creating audits finding reports and determine proper corrective and preventive actions.

Responsible for Quality issues in the project team, reporting to the project manager the development status development according to company standards.Production Part Approval Process follow up with the Quality analysts team.Root cause analysis and establishment of action plans in each phase of projects.Application of Quality tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, 8D).Interface with project development teams in São Paulo, Argentina and France.

Implementation and maintenance of the Integrated Management System (Quality, Environment, Health and Safety) according to ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 standards.Management of action plans in order to meet the legal requirements of the environment, health and safety.Development of the Roll Shop Management System with the company's headquarters in France .Elaboration of technical procedures and working instructions.Coordination of technical meetings with clients and suppliers.

Non-destructive testing (Ultrasound, penetrating liquid, hardness, roughness) and dimensional tests on rolling cylinders and mechanical components used in steel mills. Preparation of technical reports.Execution of metrology services.
