China Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Association (CIQA) was approved by the State Council of China in 1990. From January 2022, serves as secretary-general of International Trade Commission of China Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Association (ITC/CIQA), responsible for global commodity trade, focusing on overseas bulk commodity sources and customs clearance, serving China's national strategy and promoting the country's economic development. CIQA is supervised and guided by China State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR) and General Administration of Customs of China (GACC).In 2023, received the Brazilian President's delegation to China, the Brazilian Ministry of Agriculture's delegation to China, the Brazilian State Government's delegation to China and held seminars on bilateral trade between the two countries.

Established the International Business Advisory Council (iBAC) with the support of the Chinese Ministry of Commerce. As deputy secretary-general (2018.09-2021.12), it focuses on overseas cooperation, including agricultural products, energy and national-level overseas projects. The iBAC executive committee consists of former vice minister of foreign trade and economic cooperation Long Yongtu, former vice minister of commerce Chen Jian, former vice minister of commerce Zhang Zhigang, former vice minister of foreign affairs Zhou Wenzhong and other ministerial leaders as senior advisors, with more than 100 Chinese overseas economic and commercial advisors as committee members. In 2019, it won the international bid for the national digitization project of Senegal, the core country of the Economic Community of West African States, covering logistics, transportation, finance and telecommunications, and received the approval of Senegal's president and the country's minister of telecommunications.

Participated in the management's strategic transformation of the China unit, including the transformation of the core system, the integration of the organizational structure and the transformation of the banking business, and the concentration of the branch business to the head office, and coordinated the management of the China New Product Committee to approve the bank's new products, and coordinated the reporting and filing with the regulatory authorities.

Developed tools for position management and asset valuation of trading strategies, performed portfolio valuations, analyzed and explained causes of portfolio value fluctuations, executed and analyzed test trades for new trading business, improved trading process.
