CurrentIn litigation, I have proudly served as trial counsel for intellectual property cases involving patent infringement, trade secrets, trademarks and unfair competition, copyrights, domain names, DMCA / take-down issues, and related business torts. I have represented both plaintiffs and defendants, large and small, in cases throughout Texas (including many cases in the Eastern District), and in California, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Washington, Wisconsin, and at the U.S. International Trade Commission. In litigation, I strive to focus on the “winning” issues and to develop effective litigation strategies from negotiation through trial and appeal. I also assist clients in developing successful, forward-looking intellectual property business and employment practices; providing timely intellectual property legal opinions; prosecuting patent and trademark applications, including representation before the PTAB; and developing valuable technology licensing relationships.
