I targeted >$1.3 Million MRR in new sales every quarter and managed a base of >$24M BRR. I led a team of 15, including 2 Sr Managers who led offer management teams and 3 engineers - the technical experts who helped us drive product development. Originally from MN, I moved to Colorado in 2014 to attend the Leeds MBA program at the University of Colorado, Boulder, graduating with my MBA in 2016. I have sat on the CU MBA Alumni Board for 5 years and held several Executive roles including President and VP.Before getting my MBA and working at Zayo, I worked for Caribou Coffee as a Store Manager in Minneapolis. I am very proud of the change I drove at Caribou - my store was barely profitable and really struggling when I acquired it, but after two years it was thriving. I became a leader in my district and the company: in July 2013 my store ranked #1 in the entire company (about 400 stores) across a Company Scorecard of 13 metrics, including the P&L, sales revenue, labor costs, employee turnover, and customer satisfaction ratings. I left Caribou rewarded by my experience and the team I had created, having promoted several employees and developed 4 of our next Store Managers. I also left an impact on the district team by helping forge lasting relationships and a strong sense of teamwork.From 2008-2010, I spent two winters working in the French Alps and leading teams as Head Manager and Ski Guide (Val d'Isere and Tignes), and also as a Store Manager (Courchevel). My passion for connection, travel, new experiences, new cultures, teamwork, and skiing led me to work in the Alps. It was an impactful experience as well as an education in strength, leadership, and agility.
