• Responsible for a national service volunteers team, overseeing recruitment, professional training, and welfare of all volunteers• Evaluating volunteers' and service providers' performance and providing feedback to improve work processes • Managing ongoing educational service projects for hospitalized children nationwide, while monitoring the performance of all parties involved • Working in collaboration with various service providers to ensure our projects' success in the schools within the hospitals across Israel• Managing a humanitarian project to aid Ukrainian refugees during the war

* Coordinating virtual classes in collaboration with the class teachers, making pedagogical decisions concerning the course's students, and working with dozens of schools simultaneously. Regular work in an online learning environment based on Moodle and online synchronous lesson systems like Webex and Zoom. * Horizontally developing the work of the virtual high school, continually examining the program and making improvements on the fly. * Taking responsibility for building and operating the school year calendar at the layer and class level. * Training and managing a team of students who serve as tutors for the high school students, including ongoing monitoring of activities and providing feedback. *Producing learning sessions and experiential events with the participation of hundreds of students in the program.

Lead educational learning programs within schools, connecting the future generation ofstudents with the Israeli industry. Research and develop partnerships with companies in the Tech industry, cooperating withengineers and other professional key roles and recruiting technological talents. Manage and support training coordinators, tracking both their personal goals along with theprogram's goals and vision. Promote marketing materials through social media and other external interfaces.

Direct management of 40 employees in early-childhood education. Plan and execute annual educational programs, setting high standards and professional goals. Full responsibility for recruiting, training, retention and welfare of the educational team. Lead employees performance evaluation and provide on-going feedback and development ofthe educational plans. Manage external interfaces with management, suppliers, and parents, focused on thinkingoutside of the box, leading change and handling conflicts with the required sensitivity.
