Responsible for building and operating flagship product line – [24]7 Assist, an intelligent interaction platform for live chat and voice assistance that leverages user profiles, predictive analytics and real time text mining to anticipate intent and deliver personalized, and contextual assisted service.Also responsible for Call Center performance management platform that is a Big Data-based analytics platform and combines data from various sources to enable quartile management and voice of customer analytics.

Responsible for all the product marketing and go-to-market activities for ArisGlobal’s regulatory affairs product called Register. Register was the largest product by revenue for ArisGlobal

Responsible for setting up the product team from scratch. It was a typical start-up venture and key responsibilities included hiring, product management, performance management, tracking budget, tracking receivables and marketing.

Responsible for conceptualizing, developing and taking to market Aditi’s Unified Communications product called ACE (Aditi Essentials for Chat).

Responsible for the flagship real time messaging security and compliance product called IMAuditor. It is a security and compliance application used at almost all the top Financial Services organizations. At Actiance, I successfully managed 3 major releases of IMAuditor and was closely involved in shaping significant partnerships with Microsoft and Cisco.

KB.net was an acquired knowledge base product and I was involved in integrating KB.net with Talisma CRM suite. KB.Net team was based out of Los Angeles.

As a product manager for Talisma’s Marketing and analytics modules, I was responsible for the conceptualizing product versions and coordinating with customers and sales to prioritize features. I was also involved in regular trade-off decisions with the stakeholders. The marketing module of Talisma CRM suite is by far the most popular product and was recently acquired by Campus Management for its popularity in the Higher Education vertical.
