Responsible for the following:• Leading and coordinating the Sustainable Development strategy through development and implementation of comprehensive CSI and CSR Strategies.• Leading the Sustainable Development reporting process and overseeing the publication of the annual sustainable development report• Supporting the “License to Trade” agenda with a focus on driving sustainable development management to secure the organization's commercial agenda• Identifying and developing stakeholder plans for relationship development• Conducting value chain risk assessments and crisis management• Providing budget inputs and controls on sustainable development expenditure• Help the businesses to focus on the material opportunities and risks that arise from the environmental, social and economic footprints

Key Accounts Manager–Global Brands-Zambia Breweries (SABMiller Zambia) Responsibilities included;• Develop strategy for growth in all Image outlets across Northern and Southern Region.• Provide input in trading terms/contracts between Customers(retailers) and Zambian Breweries.• Develop and implement joint customer business plans with Image outlets• Execute trade plans, monitor and review.• Design modern trade rebate structure using budget provided.• Provide customer and channel understanding to the Marketing Team.• Ensure volume and market share targets are met.• Prospect retain and engage new customers.• Manage and develop relationships with Customers.Develop strong relationships with Customer at Marketing and Activation level• Present Marketing with opportunities present in the market and suggest how best these can be leveraged to realize growth.• Validate Integrated Retail Value Proposition working closely with customers• Know the customer in detail and network through the customer organization.Work with Marketing to ensure flawless in-store activation.• Ensure clear communication and excellent coordination to all retail outlets.• Resolve all queries at both management and outlet level to ensure flawless execution of all promotions and activations.• Coordinate with activation agencies to bring developed concepts into action• Assess customer strategies and performance, Competitor trends and behaviours to identify opportunities.• Integrate Company/Channel strategy on Category and Customer Marketing plans.
