Sole P&L accountability for global Menswear business unit (annual sales of >£250m). Led multifunctional team of 30+ including Buying, Merchandising, Design, Sourcing, Quality, Digital, Retail, Supply Chain and Marketing.

Led Buying and Design functions across Mens Clothing and Schoolwear (annual sales of >£240m). Managed a team of 13 reports with accountability for range, product, pricing, margin, supply base, people development, recruitment and budget management. Worked in collaboration with a Merchandising counterpart to build and implement departmental strategies and financial plans.
