Transformation Lead at Rigby Group, assigned to SCC EMEA.Responsible for leading two multi-disciplinary teams to define and implement a European Data & AI go-to-market strategy and a European Cyber-Security go-to-market strategy.

Thia was an operational leadership role involving project leadership, team leadership and change management. I led the Business Change team at Avanade. The team was responsible for change management of global digital, technology and organisational change programs. I also had responsibility for setting the strategy and delivery of our Executive Assistant services worldwide.Assignments:Project Lead for two concurrent projects focussing on org design and on future state operating model design & implementation.Business Change Calibration: Responsible for owning and developing the organisational Change Calibration view that enabled our COO stakeholders to make data-driven change load-balancing decisions.Operations Workstream Lead for Avanade's corporate strategy implementation. Worked with stakeholders across all parts of the business to deliver strategic changes and process simplifications.Digital Transformation Change Lead: Led the change strategy for Avanade's Analytics and Insights digital transformation program. This program used Scrum to design, build and deploy data and analytics tools on the Microsoft PowerBI platform. The business outcomes were to drive standardization and digitization of data at Avanade worldwide.Common Operating Model: Participated in the design and socialisation of Avanade’s Common Operating Model, a method of identifying and implementing high value business outcomes by org component consistently and repeatably.Change Lead for Operations as a Corporate Function: Designed and delivered a change plan for the migration of the Operations teams worldwide to a Corporate Function structure, with centralised governance, people hierarchy, reporting lines and budgeting.Change Lead for an Application Support Migration program. This program changed the way users obtained support. The program involved a pilot launch prior to a global roll-out, supported by cross-region comms, job aids, FAQs, drop-in sessions and gamification activities.

I was responsible for recruiting process ownership and optimization, recruitment project management, change management and the production & delivery of KPI reporting to the Executive Committee and to the Talent Acquisition teams. I contributed to the development of the global talent acquisition strategy, and from which I created measurable work streams and actions. My role involved matrix-leadership of our Talent Acquisition team members worldwide.

I was hired to replace an existing RPO solution and to design and implement a new internal recruitment function to reduce agency dependency and to drive direct hiring.
