This program used Scrum to design, build and deploy data and analytics tools on the Microsoft PowerBI platform. The business outcomes were to drive standardization and digitization of data at Avanade worldwide.Common Operating Model: Participated in the design and socialisation of Avanade’s Common Operating Model, a method of identifying and implementing high value business outcomes by org component consistently and repeatably.Change Lead for Operations as a Corporate Function: Designed and delivered a change plan for the migration of the Operations teams worldwide to a Corporate Function structure, with centralised governance, people hierarchy, reporting lines and budgeting.Change Lead for an Application Support Migration program. This program changed the way users obtained support. The program involved a pilot launch prior to a global roll-out, supported by cross-region comms, job aids, FAQs, drop-in sessions and gamification activities.
