1st Phase (Nampula, Mozambique): ▪ Researcher in the educational scope, mostly in rural areas - but also in provincial centres; developer of socioeconomic projects, focused in both institutional and communitarian enforcement; ▪ Investigation and immersion of/on diversified problems and ethnic disparities (minded of problem- solving skills) - thereof presenting and planning amenities; ▪ Laying emphasis on self-sustainability financial schemes and, pivoted alike, social demeanour remedies (HR); intensive, full fledged, training of teachers as an affordment to the rural areas; ▪ Schooling courses/debates/lectures, arousing interest and reflection over relevant and multifaceted themes (full-time, boarding school, interaction). 2nd Phase (Berlin, Germany): ▪ Introductory, "step-to-stair," training over the managing systems of a recycling industry and its markets; ripening of teamwork, fed by multitasking needs and practical actions; ▪ Commercial (retail) training with a mind-challenging product, recurrent to a highly competitive trading-niche: reused/second-hand textiles in Germany; ▪ Practices on visual design, outreaching marketing, customer-oriented store's layout, logistics, production line, warehouse practicalities, and sales.
