Architect a dynamic solution in AWS cloud, manage costs, and satisfy infrastructure security requirements.• Worked closely with CTO and Chief Architect to migrate a datacenter solution to the cloud.• Worked with CISO to create infrastructure and data retention policies to meet the needs of HIPAA compliance.• Passed every penetration testing experiment and every HITRUST certification.• Created and performed cross-region technical disaster recovery scenarios.• Worked closely with CFO and controllers to identify cost allocations to support ongoing and proposed sales contracts.• Regularly perform internal compliance audits with responsible entities.• Introduced Kubernetes (EKS/Rancher), Docker, Elasticsearch, Kafka, Grafana, Graylog, Prometheus, SaltStack into the solution• Introduced AWS HIPAA compliant services – EC2, Kinesis, RDS, S3, Cloudwatch, Cloudtrail, Cloudfront, RDS, DynamoDB, ELBs, WAF, ASG, and so on...• Used Packer, Terraform, Cloudformation, Jenkins, and Sonarqube to deliver SSDLC operating systems to run self-hosted infrastructure.• Helped move company to entirely virtual presence – all onsite functions either self-hosted in AWS or replaced with services/VMs in Azure.• Configured and maintained all networking and security groups for entire presence.
