I am BE ( from BITS - Ranchi ) , MBA ( from MDI-Gurgaon ), & having an experience of over 30 yrs.I am at present working as Head --sales & Markting ,in Prowiz group,Noida At present heading a team of 18 persons, for the combined Logistics of both the plants, involving 432 dealers / sub dealers at Pan- India basis .& nearby nations also. I have been involved in building effective supply –chain & Logistics - functions, in different roles and responsibilities performed in above organizations . In brief my overall role as a “ Head -- supply chain & Logistics” have been in maintaining EFFECTIVE BALANCE BETWEEN COMPANY’s NEEDS AND CUSTOMERS’ SATISFACTION THRU holistic planning, & RISK –MANAGEMENT(s) of cost , quality, delivery and systems against the benchmarks already established . I do have a thorough experience in different verticals of supply chain & Logistics functions as below ,1. Spare-Management/Dealers network Mgmnt.2. Production planning , scheduling, material planning ,3. Logistics Planning & its operational controls (Outbound/Inbound )4.
