This platform is designed to help both end-users and resellers manage satellite communications more effectively. Daily duties include:Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Diagnosing and resolving issues through remote assistance, phone, or email by understanding and analyzing user feedback.Technical Assistance: Providing guidance on product usage, system setup, and software installation, as well as answering technical questions.Escalation Management: Escalating complex problems to higher-level engineers or developers if the issue is Unresolvable.Documentation: Logging incidents, issues, solutions, and troubleshooting processes for future reference and to improve response time.Testing and Simulating Issues: Reproducing reported problems to better understand the root cause and develop a fix or workaround.Customer Education: Helping customers better understand the technology by walking them through solutions or explaining product features.Software and Firmware Updates: Assisting with installation of updates, patches, or upgrades, ensuring that systems and devices run optimally.
