CurrentEnsuring our clients are secure in the knowledge that appointing Co-Perform was a great decision - that is the essence of my role at Co-Perform. I bring my 35+ years of planning, engineering design, construction and operational experience to achieve this.Co-Perform have combined our deep technical skills and experience with our culture of being helpful to the entire development process.Our focus has been toward more flexible and cost optimised "first principle" performance based "real world" solutions to meet regulatory and green rating standards; rather than arbitrary, strict and inflexible "deemed to satisfy" (DtS) approaches. The "real world" capability of our performance based approach will assist our clients and project stakeholders to negotiate within a society moving toward zero carbon. We look forward to the challenge of delivering in the full sense of Co-Perform's slogan: "plan - design - build - perform".
