Worked with clients in education and the professions to design exceptional learning experiences which engage learners and deliver for educators.- Designed and developed four courses as part of RMITO's Graduate Certificate of Service Design including an innovative virtual internship model that used narrative and storytelling techniques- Collaborated and empathised with subject matter experts to convert expert knowledge to practical learning across technical and non-technical subjects.- Applied deep understanding of pedagogies and the neuroscience of how we learn to create engaging and rigorous learning experiences across all courses- Developed diverse courses in product design, machine learning, employability, programming, and more across multiple clients.

Spent six months travelling in South America and New Zealand before migrating to Australia. Studied for two weeks in a Spanish language school, then four months of daily practice to communicate with others and explore cultures.

Worked closely with academic colleagues to create a website tailored to the needs of a research network with funding from the Arts and Humanities Research Council.- Listened carefully to the needs and wants of the project’s leads before creating and maintaining a Wordpress-based site using design and CSS skills.- Used Google Analytics to collect and present traffic information before making recommendations to further improve visits to the site. - Responded to requests for updates in a timely manner, including collecting and compiling podcasts from a two-day network conference for sharing with the wider world.
