Housemasters are required to enter fully into the life of the school and to develop and share their talents and interests with regard to the academic programmes of the school and extracurricular activities. To assist them, they have an Assistant Housemaster, a team of tutors, a Dame and a housekeeping team of ancillary staff. It is the Housemaster’s responsibility to deploy his/her team to ensure proper supervision and care, to motivate them and to check their effectiveness. In particular, a Housemaster should ensure that when they are off the premises, appropriate arrangements have been made with a member of staff to ensure a proper level of supervision and care. I initiated this club in Doon to encourage experiential learning of business and economics. The club hosts a yearly inter school event called Young Entrepreneurs' Conference (YEC). The conference was the first of its kind in India when it started years ago. YEC has created collaborative platform for young enthusiasts of business and economics.

The school swimming team produced excellent results in IPSC, Inter School Competitions and Inter House Competitions. I organised such competitions on a yearly basis for ten years of my tenure in this role. It involved organising coaching camps during holidays, liaison with parents and external stakeholders and handling budgets.

Worked as an Examination Co-ordinator in Academic Administration , House Co-ordinator at Pastoral Administration and held various other positions.Took charges of hikes and camping, dramatics and sports.
