• Implemented a framework with a Xilinx FPGA and it's soft processor core microBlaze with a final goal of reducing test time (TTR). Here, I was tasked with design, development, implementation and testing of an architecture for fast data capture and processing, that finally speeds up the trimming and testing algorithms.• Implemented model equation in order to predict the value of the test parameter at the datasheet spec temperature and then set limit accordingly in order to screen out only faulty device thereby maintaining quality of shipped devices without affecting yield.• Test program development on ATE and Bench setup.

• Develop and debug ATE test programs to test mixed-signal integrated ICs, FM-AM tuners and TV demodulators.• Review product datasheet and develop test plan, propose datasheet spec limits based on results using statistical analysis.• Develop Test Strategy for testing New products.• Work with design teams during ATE Test program development / Debug of new silicon & production release at various Manufacturing locations.• Work with Foundry team on process shift and WAT analysis, with packaging team on Package qualifications and with Planners to monitor the subcon test capacity to meet the forecast.• Tester Platform conversion, Test Capability studies before Release to Production• Analyze customer-returned devices and identify a root cause by collaborating with QA, Char, Design and applications teams and updating test programs (if needed) in a closed loop manner.• Test Qual at subcon for new package testing.• Sustaining production at production site (hold disposition), Test time reduction when the product ramps in production along with Test Insert reduction activities.• Monitor/Analyze product yield data and facilitate yield enhancement and reduce production test cost.• Basic experience in PCB schematic and board design using Altium.• Continuously monitor and enhance solutions released to production for better yield and quality assurance.• Training NCG and Junior Test Engineers on Tester, Hardware design, silicon / hardware debug
