Led the Membership Team on marketing, comms, operations and experiential to drive Australian Museum Members and Membership.

Provided consultation on all client accounts with my core KPI being; to utilise digital tech and marketing applications to create and/or enhance their event experiences.Another key accountability was establishing the digital marketing strategy and implementation for the Pico+ brand in Australia. This included the launch of Pico Plus' local website and social.

Led client through their digital marketing transformation; including the management of a cost effective site redesign and launch, delivering a cohesive Social Marketing Strategy and related processes and relaunching their eMail Marketing. As well as invigorating their SEM to achieve triple or quadruple YOY growth in certain metrics.Client: Austage Events, one of Australia’s oldest & well established audio visual events companies. Austage Events is full service provider, specialising in technical production to concept design to the Fashion, Corporate, Education & Entertainment industries.

Engaged to provide digital consultation, optimise the reporting & analytics framework as well as lead and deliver a PIR (Post Implementation Review) on the recent Cancer Council Online Community project.

Project managed the successful migration, rebuild & launch of a key Cancer Council NSW digital property - Cancer Council Online Community. Also developed & established a Marketing Strategy framework (across owned and paid), during my time there.

With my time in the Digital Marketing Team at Telstra, I’ve built a well-rounded acumen spanning across all of Telstra’s core categories. From the Mobility portfolio, Youth & Niche, then Brand & Advocacy and more recently, the Wireline space. Held accountable for the development & execution of digital campaigns; to hit objectives of sales and/or engagement. Accountabilities have included: Consumer Digital Marketing, Always On Program of Work, Telstra Prepaid Recharge, Vendor Retargeting Strategy, Platform Optimisations & Innovation, Competitions including the Annual Telstra Prepaid Recharge Competitions, Telstra Treats.A huge highlight & achievement has been that I was part of the original project team that established Australia’s first (at the time) bespoke programmatic trading desk. The desk serves as the always on platform that delivers highly efficient data driven digital display, mobile, social & video. Delivering Consumer Email & Billing & Specialised Communications campaigns including strategy, planning & execution. I was also the lead for Telstra’s consumer email newsletter; KIT Keeping In Touch. I am extremely proud to call out my dual capacity while I was in this team; I was not only the second in charge in this team but also was working in the Digital Marketing Team on secondment.

Heading up the Digital Marketing Team (+ Warehouse) to drive PeepToe’s Digital Marketing, eMail, Mobile & Social programs of work as well PeepToe’s eCommerce business. This meant being accountable for the eShop’s platform, operations, inventory management & logistics as its sales & revenue targets. During my time at PeepToe, I led a complete site redesign & launch from tendering the project, site design & development, agency relationships management through to launch. The site redesign included exciting market firsts concepts. Also at any given time, I had up to 6 direct reports.
