I also supported them during critical HR events, such as performance reviews, recognition processes, appraisals, and payroll.I have a Master of Business Administration from Savitribai Phule Pune University, where I specialized in Information Technology & Marketing. I also have a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from the same university.
