I work with a team of SMEs to provide end-to-end solutions, from strategy and design to implementation and AMS.Prior to joining KPMG India, I was an Account Manager at Darwinbox, a unicorn HR Tech Startup. I managed the HR Transformation journey of large enterprise clients, providing them with best practices, training, and recommendations on how to optimize their HR processes and achieve product success with Darwinbox. I also supported them during critical HR events, such as performance reviews, recognition processes, appraisals, and payroll.I have a Master of Business Administration from Savitribai Phule Pune University, where I specialized in Information Technology & Marketing. I also have a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from the same university. I have developed strong skills in customer relationship management, product adoption, data analysis, and problem-solving.
