We served clients located throughout the U.S. and were primarily focused on Nonprofit Executive Search/ Transition Management (nonprofits, foundations, trade associations), Employee Benefits Administration, and HR Consulting. My work was focused on nonprofit executive recruitment, transition planning, managing our growing our job board, and conducting sector-relevant research on leadership development, capacity, talent, and pipeline issues.

I managed our retained executive recruitment and executive transition practice, which was focused on nonprofit organizations, foundations and associations. Since 1947, the Fellows Program has combined experiential learning, interactions with private, public, and non-profit decision-makers, and development in analytical, group governance, and communication skills. My work at Coro included collaborating with three colleagues to develop ACTION (Alcoans Coming Together In Our Neighborhoods) which is an international employee volunteerism/corporate investment strategy launched in 32 countries for Alcoa & Alcoa Foundation, as well as consulting projects for Ernst & Young Consulting, Career Connections Charter High School, the Master Builder's Association and the Allegheny County Department of Human Services.

Working in the Education Department, my role included supporting the Director of Summer Camps and Classes, and assisting with all aspects of the CSC's summer educational offerings.

For nearly five years I worked as the Manager and then Tour Manager for brownie mary, a regional pop act that eventually signed with Blackbird/Electra and released a national album. I was instrumental in helping to increase the touring and fan base, developed distribution channels for merchandise and other product, and marketed the band throughout the US.
