As a technology leader with over 20 years of experience in the iGaming and SaaS industries, I have successfully managed the delivery of large-scale web applications for millions of users across five continents. I have led and contributed to numerous strategic initiatives pertaining to system development, deployment, and operations, applying object-oriented design, programming, DevOps, and agile project management practices.Most recently, I was the VP Technology at PokerStars, where I led the agile transformation for the Player Account Management tribe, the first to undergo the change in the company. I also defined the vision and strategy of the platform that powers and supports various products, verticals, and brands of The Stars Group. I worked closely with product owners and executives to achieve the financial goals of the company, while overseeing a technology organization of 200+ multinational employees distributed across four development centers. My background in engineering, business, and senior management allows me to connect technology, business vision, and people to the big picture, and to lead complex projects in fast-moving, unpredictable environments with an entrepreneurial approach and technical leadership.
