In my career journey, I established the Yimishiji.com with founder team, make fresh produce from farm to table in only 8 hours. I founded and sold my own startup company Fanxin, the pioneer Social TV app business. I initiated Interaction Design Association (IxDA Taiwan), one of the largest PM/UX communities in Taiwan. From giant cooperate to a consulting firm, from the NPO to a startup, and from global to local, these journeys taught me how to become a trustworthy innovator and how to grounded up a team to achieve business success. We already embraced the fact that AI will change human society and replace many laborers in the future. However, AI cannot be trusted by a human without experience design, AI cannot understand the human needs without training.
