Lori Carnes is an accomplished Entrepreneur, Radio Talk Show Host, Real Estate Broker, Instructor and Success Strategist. With over 25 years of real estate sales, marketing and training experience, she has a strong ability to create relationships, implement effective solution-based strategies, drive sales and deliver results. Lori is from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, where she started her real estate career and received a degree in Liberal Arts from Broward College. Before making the shift to general real estate in 2000, Lori worked in Real Estate Advertising and Publishing. Prior to working in real estate publishing, Lori worked in property management. It was here where she forged a basic understanding of the industry, helping her to serve her future clients. Since moving to Columbia in 2006, Lori developed a working knowledge of the South Carolina residential and commercial real estate market. She built a professional referral network as well as developed relationships with key clients, investors, builders and community leaders. Lori is the Broker In Charge of Keller Williams Palmetto in Columbia and Orangeburg, South Carolina. Her current Real Estate focus is Residential, New Construction, Land and Development. She is an active member of the Consolidated (Columbia), Palmetto (Orangeburg), Charleston, Sumter, Pee Dee and Aiken MLS as well as an active member of the state and national REALTOR® Association.
