Project Description: PeopleSoft HCM Global Operating Model and Global Payroll implementationRoyal Bank of Scotland is one of the largest banks around the world and has set up India Development centre for manufacturing applications and technology for its in house use. Project was to upgrade PeopleSoft HR from 8.8 to 9.0 and implement Global Payroll for UK and ROI. A phased approach was suggested country to country basis for HR and for global payroll entire implementation is divided into groups of population based on the employee/person type to execute smaller chunks of implementation. This project required business process remapping, retro-fitting and De-Customization. The whole system integrates with many third parties and had ~200 processes/interfaces running in the batch jobs. Project Description: PeopleSoft HCM- BPS Support & DevelopmentPeopleSoft Inc. collaborated with Hexaware Technologies to launch the India Services Center (ISC) through the BOT model. The people at ISC are employed by Hexaware and work under the direct leadership of PeopleSoft. ISC focuses on development, implementation and support of PeopleSoft Enterprise Solutions for customers worldwide. These activities ensure that customers are able to implement PeopleSoft software faster, and at a reduced cost, whilst receiving a high quality service. Oracle has now taken over this center of Hexaware after acquiring PeopleSoft.Roles and Responsibilities:Being Techno-Functional played a major role in Functional and Technical analysis of Incidents reported by Global Support Centre.Handled Incidents for Scoping, Analysis, code construct and also mapping of Business requirements in all versions up to 8.9.Identifying Gaps for new Enhancements. Handled issues related to Base Benefits, eBenefits, Ben Admin, OE, Payroll deductions, Benefits Limits, FSA.Installation, configuration and maintenance of PeopleSoft 8.x databases, Application server, Web Server, MS-SQL server. Introduced new processes and documents to ease and to be used as guide for the process followed in the Support and Development projects.
