- Organize and prepare for internal and external events,meetings and trainings- Plan and manage the design, content and production of all the communication materials ( newsletter, poster )- Answer phone calls, manage scheduling and prioritize the emails and responde when necessary- Assist in paying suppliers, invoicing clients and recrutements

- Monitor and develop social media account and website- Prepare bidding documents, handle invoices and monthly tax declaration- Undertake general office tasks and administrative duties

- Conduct marketing research and analyze benchmarking data- Assist in organizing promotional events- Write maketing litterature to improve the brand awarness- Accomplish a more than 10000€ marketing procurement for the promotion purpose

Responsible for product line support for paper chemicalsmarket in great China, Taiwan and Indonesia, responsibilitiesincluded new product introduction, cost optimisation,technical support and training.

- Monitor and analyze customers’ credit risk- Establish credit limits- Négociate the payment plan with customers- Prepare and present credit report

- Organize quarterly or annually sales meetings, such as gathering documents, establishing meeting agenda, researching and booking venue etc.- Work with the sales team to develop and implement the plans and goals for the business purpose.
