ELABORATION：As a digital transformation solutions consultant, I have been helping top software companies and consulting firms to deliver high quality solutions and services to double handful Fortune 2000 global clients for over 24 years, in Heavy Equipment, Aerospace, High Tech, Telecommunication, Medical Device, Food and Beverage, Retail, Footwear, Apparel and Consumer Goods industries, with footprints across continents in Europe, North America and Asia Pacific. In my spare time, I work on a project towards my MBA and CITP (Certified International Trade Professional) to set up a real global platform and run it. As the principal and the co-founder of this platform, I learned and practiced business development, marketing and sales, business administration, international trade, project management and service delivery. I designed mock projects to enable co-op students and new graduates in finding their dream jobs/projects in the market. My learning path shows a blend of linguistics, literature, math, computer science, trade, retail and manufacturing principles with some awards, certificates, diploma and degrees. My core competencies include problem solving, business domain expertise, business analysis, solution architecture and design, system implementation, and global rollout and training. I have successfully delivered end-to-end PLM solutions, PLM and SLM global roll-out support, and IoT solution prototypes that streamline and integrate business processes, people, systems and data to support customer insight, merchandize planning, product design and development, sourcing, and operations management. I have also maintained effective vendor and partner relationships, conducted technology reviews and generated leads through solution consulting. I started speaking more since 2016 and with the latest speech on Sustainability Integration via Connected Data delivered at PTC Users Global Summit 2024. My mission is to help retail and manufacturing businesses achieve true efficiency and optimal return on investment with the right amount of digital innovation.
