Leveraging expertise in human development psychology and systems thinking to connecting insights across industries and disciplines, I empower individuals, organizations and families to thrive through inclusive education, communication, cultural alignment advocacy and holistic wellness. I am currently a Dean at Bridges Graduate School of Cognitive Diversity in Education, the first US accredited higher education program in Cognitive Diversity. In addition, I am on an EMBA journey at UCLA to bring cognitive diversity approaches to the workplace. I earned a PhD in Human Development Psychology, focused on internal and external interactions of human psychological wellbeing. Immersed in the construction and property sector for over a decade, I made a purposely pivot 9 years ago to devote my career to human development and wellbeing for diverse learners and workers. To this end, I serve in leadership roles at several educational non-profits such as SENG (BOD, President, Immediate Past President), Gifted Homeschoolers Forum (BOD), NAGC (PECAB), Gifted Education Family Network (GEFN, founding board member, Executive Board). I also started a non-profit Quark Collaboration Institute dedicated to equity through a neuro-economic-socio-cultural dignity lens.
