- Product and UX Lead on a team in creating and shipping an iOS photo-sharing mobile app called AndCam that allowed users to create their own sticker sets.- Coordinated with Katy Perry’s marketing team to officially launch AndCam to coincide with her DarkHorse Music Video. - Co-managed an interdisciplinary team of 6 developers, 2 graphic designers, 3 QA testers- Collaborated with stakeholders to ideate on concepts, set deliverables, managed feature roadmap, implementation, and development backlog. - Shipped 32 versions of AndCam, shipped a sticker uploader web app, a responsive website, and 3 reskinned photo apps using agile development methods. - Created wireframes, sketches, flows, interactions, specs, and design docs using data gathered from user studies and tests. - Increased reactivation rate by implementing the “follow” feature on the home feed by 20%.- Tested user acquisition channels and optimized facebook ads to drive CPI from $4.50 to $1.25.- Designed and launched internal development tools to speed up file sharing process from two mins to 2 seconds.
