• To develop molecular diagnostic assay and to build it onto Vela's automated system - from sample preparation to sample detection.• Lead projects across all phases of product development - feasibility studies, verification and clinical validation, via formal design control and risk management, following ISO13485 and US FDA regulatory guidelines. • Successfully developed and launched three molecular diagnostic assays marked under CE-IVD and US-RUO - quantitative RT-PCR assays from oncology (leukemia) to virology (blood borne virus) panel. • Supported product registration for CE-mark in Europe and TGA in Australia. • Lead the post-market clinical studies in KOLs’ labs. Business trip to conduct product training to initiate the clinical study in KOL’s lab, which is a leading leukemia lab in Europe. Paper publication in preparation. • Training and supervision skills to both team members and internal/external customers.
