My passion is creating an impact. I split my energy mainly between two dynamic initiatives close to my heart. As the co-founder Digital Nation, I'm proud to see our team dedicating its energy to building future-proof societies around the world. We bring together the latest hands-on experience from the Estonian government and from our ongoing work with governments across four continents. We intimately understand the complexities and challenges that modern governments face in driving digital transformation.At the same time, I co-founded the President Kaljulaid Foundation alongside the former President of Estonia Kersti Kaljulaid. While she serves as our inspiring mascot, I lead the team and drive our projects on a daily basis. Our dynamic do-tank is committed to fostering a more compassionate and inclusive society while championing democracy and the freedoms I hold dear. And I'm glad we can focus on the issues that really matter to me and the team!My roots are in political communication, which is still my secret passion. Over the years, I’ve worked across various organizations, successfully ran my own PR agency, and had the honour of serving 5 years (2016-21) in the cabinet of the President of Estonia - dedicated to strategic management, business diplomacy, government relations and strategic PR. So in one sentence: I'm doing great things with cool people or vice versa - cool things with great people. And enjoying it!
