Managing production staff and processes, includes supervising, planning and directing production to produce quality products at the lowest cost per unit. Role & Responsibilities: - Oil movement management through use of independent judgment to control and direct the safe, efficient operation of the entire Pipeline System for its Owners within technical parameters based on approved and applicable guidelines, rules, regulations, and policies. A Controller has a significant level of discretion and decision making with regard to work authorization and overall pipeline operations. - Accountable for responding to Oil Spill and abnormal and emergency conditions in accordance with approved and applicable guidelines, rules, regulations, and policies. - Provides significant and critical direction to other Pipeline employees with regard to work authorization, response actions, and safety to ensure ongoing safe operations. - Makes decisions independently that affect the measurable, safety, integrity, and fiduciary performance of client's operations of the Pipeline. - Required to interact with every organization and group of employees working at the terminal, along the pipeline, and its facilities. - Must have knowledge of client's business relationships with Carriers, Oil Shippers, Marine Shippers, Refiners, and regulatory bodies and ensure that information is conveyed within the appropriate confines of those relationships. - Must have working knowledge of all operating systems across the company and how they interact within the company.

Duties & Responsibilities:Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs. Ensure that payroll is planned ahead per budget, also ensured that vendors are delivering per orders after best possible pricing is negotiated. Achieve company objectives in sales while controlling cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with the Facility policies and procedures. Make employment and termination decisions based on guidelines. Prepare a weekly report of all sales, food cost/inventory, liquor cost/ inventory, . Schedule labor as required by anticipated business activity while ensuring all positions are staffed. Be knowledgeable of the Facility policies regarding personnel and administer prompt, fair and consistent corrective action for any and all violations of company policies, rules and procedures. Make sure cash drawers are all being balanced and take responsibility of depositing money into the bank every weekday.Be very familiar with the computer operating and security system for the Facility.Make sure that bank statement delivered to accountant each month and get the accountant to reconcile prior monthly numbers.
