• Manage projects with responsibility for test strategy, planning and management including those of external vendors both local and offshore to ensure implementations support business priorities and needs. Perform quality reviews on projects and products both through manual and automated means.• Manage local and offshore translation staff resources to ensure that the project(s) meet schedule and required quality standards prior to production release.• Contribute to product family and feature definition and structure.• Responsible for release management of web (multiple domains), SDK and family of desktop client applications.

• Test and Project Lead for Consumer E-Commerce website and systems testing. Direct multiple application level and system level test efforts during all phases of the development life-cycle. • Perform requirements testing during initial project planning stages. Ensure that deliverables conform to specifications and customer needs.• Develop and maintain application test plans and test cases based on business requirements documents, functional specifications, development design specifications and current application documentation. • Perform functional, usability, regression, integration, and other types of testing on all software products, using business requirements documentation, feature specifications, and up-to-the-minute undocumented design decisions. • Perform data-level testing of application. Use MS SQL Server client tools to track and modify the data flowing into the test databases and to view data and schema in the production databases for purposes of release verification.• Maintain load balanced web server test lab environments as necessary. • Participate in technical and/or architectural discussions. • Design, develop and maintain departmental intranet.
