I learned a lot from this project where I for instance developed my leadership skills, project management skills, work under a short deadlines, developed my social skills, got the chance to lead the Grand Final from stage together with Viktoria Andersson in front of 300 persons, handle stress and have a lot of fun. Working at ICA Supermarket Torghallen was a developing journey for me. I met a lot of different types of people which made me more open-minded and social. This gave me a lot of experience and a whole new picture of economics. I also learned a lot about administration, teamwork, own responsibilities and structuring my work.However, that was not the greatest development I got out from my venture year. When I began the entrepreneurship course I was very shy. Having to speak in front of the class as well as having presentations for the teachers was my largest fear in life. I remember feeling anxiety and panic before every speech assignment we had in school.Nevertheless, during my venture year, I faced situations where I had to meet strangers and pitch our idea to them. We did also participate in several pitch competitions in front of a jury existing of entrepreneurs. This was, of course, a huge step for me, but it was also something that created the foundation of my personality today. Show less
