In this role, I was responsible for developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies to ensure objectives could be achieved. In addition, I created and delivered a range of training programmes to new sales staff in topics including products and destination, CRM system and building rapport with customers. The role was demanding and challenging, and I consistently met or exceeded monthly sales targets through ensuring my product and destination knowledge was accurate and up to date.
