Dr. Linnea Passaler is the founder and CEO of Heal Your Nervous System.She has dedicated 20+ years to serving patients, first to a small number of individuals as a successful surgeon and then to thousands of people worldwide as the CEO of a digital health startup.After overcoming her own struggles with a dysregulated nervous system, she created Heal Your Nervous System (HYNS) to empower others in their healing journey. Her combination of neuroscience and somatic work helps those struggling with overwhelm, trauma, burnout, and anxiety to heal their dysregulated nervous systems and thrive. She now leads a international team of clinicians, researchers and coaches at Heal Your Nervous System - a program designed to help sensitive people master the power of their own nervous systems so they can live fulfilling lives free from overwhelm and chronic stress.Dr. Linnea Passaler received her degree from the University of Milan with honors in 2001. Linnea also founded Pazienti.it, which is ranked one of Europe's top online health destinations, that she successfully exited in 2015.She is a mother of 4 young children.
