Whether it be employer/employee communications, or disputes between co-workers, everyone can learn a few simple tips to improve their communication that will ultimately improve productivity and morale. Communication is used in every aspect of our lives and business. Advertising, Social Media, Emails. Texts, all forms of communication require some basic understanding of what to do and not to do, to ensure understanding and avoid miscommunication. Animated storytelling with plenty of humor along the way will keep participants engaged while learning practical examples of the basic communication pratfalls we all fall into and how to avoid them. Linnette often shares that her experience comes from "doing it all wrong!" After years of ending up in Human Resources because her mouth got her into trouble, (again!) she began to understand that maybe it wasn't the rest of the world that needed help listening to understand her, but instead, maybe she needed to learn to communicate appropriately. Experience is always a good teacher and now Linnette travels the country helping others to communicate for success. After spending many years on a course of self-destruction, angry with the God she blamed for taking her parents she was brought to her knees by a loving heavenly Father who had been there for her all along. Her passion is to empower women to live in freedom from the past and transformation for the future from the Father’s gentle hand. Linnette is a professional trainer and coach and has worked for several Fortune 100 and 500 companies as well as owning her own successful Event Planning business. She has been in Children’s Ministry and Women’s Ministry for over 25 years. Her love for the Lord is communicated on and off the platform through her love for people and her heart for the hurting.When she isn’t speaking or working she spends as much time as possible with her active family, Linnea, Matt and grandchildren Matthew, Abigail and Sarah. She has a passion for nature (where she says she sees God in everything), and music and coffee are her constant companions. She says she is the one that you pull up next to in the car and laugh because she’s singing at the top of her lungs and her hands are often in the air! Her passion for life is to enjoy all the moments God gives her and to help as many people as possible to do the same.

Responsible for estimating the demand for the corporation’s products and services and discovering new market segments that would be interested in buying from the company. Develop a strategy for product pricing based on the market demand and similar products offered by competitors. Watching trends that indicate a need for emerging products and services and oversee new product development.Manage, develop scripting, train, coach and motivate a team of telemarketers. Oversee all aspects of print media, social media advertising and internet based marketing.

Political Organization dedicated to the awareness and support of Republican / conservative ideals throughout West Stark County with the purpose of electing qualified Republican candidates to all levels of government.

Train, coach and develop all newly hired employees, and provide ongoing developmental training for veteran communicators on company policies, and procedures. Handle all necessary paperwork for employee files including but not limited to Tax Forms, Insurance Forms, 401K and general government, state and company specific information. Mentoring is a major aspect of the position. Train, and coach and then mentor through to success. I coordinate with Division Director's, Client Account Staff, Quality Assurrance, Supervisors, Human Resources, and Call Center Operations to provide all staff with the most current information available and streamline processes to most effectively produce the highest quality product for our clients.
