Responsibilities:• Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with reservations, confirmations, room needs requests, and questions. • Explaining different accommodation products, services and other information as requested.• Maintain knowledge of different accommodations, activities, and hours of operation as well as housing options currently available. • Maintaining and updating information pertaining to accommodations listed on the company website.• Verifying customer payments in collaboration with the company’s payment partners thereby mitigating the risk of fraud.• Following up with customers after their stay at different accommodations across the country so as to get their reviews.• Marketing of the company’s value proposition to different accommodations with an aim of increasing the number of listings on the company’s website.
