Current- Carry out bakery trials on new products ensuring that all aspects of the product are acceptable and can be manufactured cost-effectively.
- Work closely with all functional teams to ensure new concepts launch on time in line with customer expectations.
- Collect information about all microbiological, nutritional and organoleptic information before the new product launch.
- Conduct product shelf-life and sensory assessment.
- Work in cooperation with factory departments to assess the feasibility and establish trials from brief to concept approval.
- Support large scale/production trials and new product launches.
