Affected ~8K associates globally, across dozens of countries, required carve out of Active Directory and IT systems, merging with Cytiva solutions and/or creating new standalone. Program recognized by senior leadership for causing zero disruption to business operations.May 2019- Nov 2021Consultant working with the M&A team managing a $21B acquisition by Danaher in the Life Sciences sector. Execute IT carve-out of the purchased business from the Seller and integrate the IT systems into the Danaher organization.Initial focus was Deal Separation contract language, negotiating/fine-tuning TSA's with seller and establishing the Day 1 Deal Close plan, which successfully executed Apr 2020. Post Deal Close, focus shifted to accelerating TSA exits, winding-down dozens of TSA's in <18 months. Originally planned for 24 months TSA's, closed out in 18 months, saving millions in TSA fees. Involved the migration of hundreds of applications and dozens of global sites from seller to buyers platforms

Implemented virtualization and decommissioned hundreds of servers spread across the globe. Managed full RFP process for outsourcing selection, replacing underperforming incumbent outsource providers and transitioning to new vendors leveraging offshore delivery models. Responsible for 7x24 applications support and database management for all business applications globally in a distributed shared-services model, leveraging a combination of in-house and outsourced delivery models. Led 30 globally distributed IT staff from seven disparate business units and unified them under common purpose and practices to maximize efficiency and productivity. Established new Applications Management Services (AMS) outsourced delivery model in conjunction with global rollout of mission-critical Oracle Apps ERP. Over a 16 month timeframe supported the deployment of Oracle to six Business Units, 7000 employees in 35 countries and seven languages. Developed new Global SOPs for IT services ensuring alignment with FDA, SOX, Privacy, Nuclear, and other regulatory requirements. Led the design, implementation,, and testing of the high availability DR solution of the Oracle ERP to deliver 2 hour RTO and 2 minute RPO meeting businesses strict requirements.
