Monitoring of achievements based on indicators of sales goals, gross profit and customer satisfaction survey. During my management I achieved new accounts for an annual amount in USD/year 3 times greater than the original client portfolio, I reduced to zero the supply failure of products to the clientele, with the correct monthly planning in the digital logistics platform. I developed sales and technical assistance projects with new clients in the oil, food, petrochemical, textile and tannery areas.

Coordinator of the total operation and management of indicators in the cost center located in Venezuela for the areas of sales, services, security, personnel and reception of merchandise. Constant participation in the optimization of operating expenses and development of assertive operating indicators. Direct supervision of the 10 people in charge of the daily operation. With the help of my work team, I managed to go from only achieving 1 of the kpi's associated with the operation, to achieving the goals of the 9 operational indicators associated with the operation.
