• Successfully implemented and maintained Oracle Unifier, configuring cost accounts and integrating various data, such as estimates, contract, schedule, progress, and change information, to optimize cost management.
• Leveraged ERP and accounting systems to monitor procurement and invoicing, support change management, and deliver precise cost reports.
• Ensured accuracy in cost time-phasing and forecasting, aligning with schedule, progress, and contract performance.
• Regularly prepared standard monthly cost reports and assisted senior management with cost planning activities.
• Reviewed comprehensive cost reports, trend registers, and change registers with managers to maintain project alignment.

• Supported the undertaking of Quantitative Risk Analysis using stochastic modeling techniques (such as the Monte-Carlo simulations).

• Marmaray Project. Part of a consortium (Avrasya Consult) consulting on the construction of a 76.6 km commuter railway line, encompassing the world’s deepest immersed tube tunnel.
• Assisted withproject site inspections and quality control by conducting regular walk-throughs and documenting any issues or concerns.
• Assisted with updating progress reports on a regular basis.

Kocaeli, Turkey

• Zeray Esil Kartepe Project. 16 blocks with a total of 501 luxurious residential apartments situated on 37000 sqm plot of land.
• Assisted in the inspection of civil, structural, and architectural works, ensuring compliance with design specifications.
• Assisted in resource planning, estimating materials, labour, and equipment, while tracking the quality and quantity of resources used.

• The project was titled "Insight into construction" and the tasks were mainly based on research on the Health and Safety Legislation of the UK construction industry.
• Completed practical tasks on Site Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment Method (RAMS)
• Researched the management of Temporary works, and researched cards and qualities associated with the use of MEWPs.
