Solis, Esq. has served as General Counsel to both Landlords and Retail Tenants across the country and has negotiated big box, anchor tenants, pads, in-line retail, small shops, restaurant, entertainment and kiosk Tenants from the Landlord and Tenant perspectives. He has served aslead counsel on real estate development, leasing and has helped facilitate over $800 million in capital raise transactions for real estate private equity funds. Mr. Solis is licensed to practice law in the state of New York, Connecticut, as well as, The Supreme Court. He holds his Juris Doctorate from New York Law School.
