Perform ex vivo cell and tissue work by primary cell flow cytometry, qPCR, ELISA and western blot.4. Prepare and maintain IACUC documents and amendments.5. Initiate and oversee collaborations with external collaborators and CROs. 6. Work with a cross-functional team to contribute to the vision, strategy, and tactics of the organization.

Genotyping by bacterial whole genome sequencing; experienced user of multiple sequencing software using command line tools. Identified bacterial DNA mutations by comparison to the ancestral genome.4. Identified vfr gene mutation as the key mechanism for Pseudomonas aeruginosa long-term survival in an acidic pH environment.
