From my current position as Vice President, leading a national team of communications specialists, relationship managers, and problem solvers in the facility maintenance industry, to my upbringing in a family where hard work was a way of life, my story is one rooted in a deep appreciation for hands-on work and a passion for achieving excellence.Growing up, my family and I eagerly tackled various projects that required getting our hands dirty. Whether it was fixing cars, renovating our home by tearing down or constructing walls, or building fences, we approached each endeavor with enthusiasm and a determination to see the project through to completion while finding joy and fulfillment in the process itself.These experiences instilled in me a genuine appreciation for hard work and the satisfaction that comes from it. With this mindset, I embarked on my journey into the workforce, starting my first "real" job at the age of 14. By the time I turned 17, I had assumed the role of a general manager at a retail store. This early exposure to leadership and management solidified my love for working with people and processes.For me, there is no greater fulfillment than assisting others in their personal and professional growth. Witnessing their progress and achievements fuels my passion. I am driven by the pursuit of process improvement, constantly seeking ways to optimize and enhance efficiency. So it is only natural, that coaching, leadership, and optimization have become the guiding principles of my career.Even now, my fascination with the mechanics of how things are made, the inner workings of machinery, and the intricacies of human thought processes persists. I bring this curiosity and thirst for knowledge to work every day, ensuring that it permeates the teams I build. By fostering an environment that encourages a deep understanding of the "why" behind our work, I believe we can unlock the true potential of our team members.In my experience, this appetite for understanding is infectious.
