I am lucky enough to work full time for March of Dimes to help lead the fight for the health of all moms and babies. We are advocating for policies to protect them. We are working to radically improve the health care they receive. We are pioneering research to find solutions. We are empowering families with programs, knowledge and tools to have healthier pregnancies. By uniting communities, we are building a brighter future for us all. In this role I am responsible for ensuring revenue goal achievement through developing/stewarding donor/prospective donor relationships and DIY events. I maintain and grow my donor revenue portfolio by carrying-out developing donor relationship principles, identifying philanthropic interests, and moving donors through the donor continuum in a manner that retains existing donors and increase donor giving. I am responsible for working with my team to plan and execute two major fundraisers; March for Babies and Heroes in Action. I coordinate and recruit volunteers for our Project NICU initiate to provide items of comfort to families around the state who have a child experiencing a NICU stay. Through this we have been able to reach over 3000 families in just a few years and are working to expand that reach even further.I run our social media accounts, and have doubled our following and increased engagement by 38%.

During high school I attended cosmetology school to obtain my license to work in the industry to pay my own way through college. Through this opportunity I was able to meet people from many walks of life and gained valuable experience that has helped in all aspects of my professional career.
