Study experienceI studied undergraduate at University of Huddersfield in the UK, majoring in business management with finance. I did a small entrepreneurial project for 1 month during my undergraduate period. The school gave our group 10 pounds as the starting capital, then we made 120 pounds by doing manicure, and donated all the profit for charity. It has strengthened my communication skills, time management ability, and ability to deal with emergencies.Now I am a graduate student at University of Southampton, majoring in digital marketing. I learned something about marketing when I was undergraduate, so I interested in marketing. It will increase my ability of analyse and thinking, and innovation skill.Work experience During college, I had two internships. The internship department is both the human resources department, one in a hotel in China and the other in a real estate company in China. In my first internship, I was mainly responsible for meeting minutes, communicating and coordinating various departments, and handling departure and onboarding issues. During this time, I became very familiar with personnel procedures. Communication and coordination skills have also been greatly improved. During the second internship, I used Excel to build a database of company Reserve personnel, generate resume analysis reports from various channels every week, and participate in interviews to recruit new employees. This internship allowed me to become proficient user in Word and Excel. And learned some interview skills.Currently, I have a part time job as ambassador of accommodation. Responsible for introducing accommodation to customers and recording customer information.
