I am a management and PR professional with a Ph.D. in Business Administration and Management from National Chung Hsing University. With over 15 years of experience in leading and executing various projects and initiatives for local and international enterprises and government, I have developed and honed my skills in management, leadership, strategic communications, public relations, government affairs and policy, crisis management, and marketing. Previously, I served as an advisor and director of Taichung Film Development Foundation, where I contributed to the promotion and support of the local film industry and culture. I also held the positions of director-general of Tourism and Travel Bureau and spokesperson of Taichung City Government, where I led and executed multiple initiatives and campaigns to boost the city's tourism and visibility. I have good interpersonal communications skills, as well as the ability in managing significant issues and relations with government and organizations. I am passionate about sharing my insights and perspectives on topics related to my expertise, through my books, articles, and speeches. I was also an adjunct assistant professor at Feng Chia University, where I teach and mentor students in the fields of business management and marketing. I applied my research and practical skills to enhance the curriculum and learning outcomes, and to foster a collaborative and innovative learning environment.
